Mira Costa Transfer Info

Recent High School graduates will have the opportunity to guarantee CSU transfer through the "Transfer Success Pathway" (TSP) program.

Student TSP Eligibility: 

• Recent high school graduate 

• NO college enrollment post- high school 

• First time college freshman (at a California Community College, like MiraCosta)

Students must “opt-in” to a TSP

 agreement through the

 CSU Transfer Planner tool between

 8/1/26 - 10/31/26.

Students are guaranteed admission to that campus & major, so long as they meet the program requirements outlined in their agreement. However, students do not need to commit to the TSP campus or program and may opt out at any time
