The Riley Community Connection Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30-7:30 in the school library. This group consists of Riley Administration and Staff, Riley parents, community partners, members of the neighborhood, and anyone else with a connection to our school community.
The purpose of this group is to work alongside each other as a cooperative entity that utilizes the assets and strengths of the CLC community. The Riley Community Connection Group oversees the full-service community school initiative and is based on some fundamental premises including:
to discuss the happenings and dreams of the neighborhood, school, and community.
Neighborhoods provide formal and informal assets that strengthen natural networks leading to successful community development.
