My name is Josh Hinrichs and I have been teaching at Lincoln Southwest High School since January of 2008.  I created this "new" webpage in 2023, but just have not had a chance to get it fully up-to-date. Eventually, I will have information about each of the courses I teach as well as some of the successes we have seen through students in my Wealth Building & Financial Management Class competing in the State Finance Challenge and my Economics in Business students competing in the State Econ Challenge. At LSW

In the spring of 2008, the courses assigned to me included Economic Perspectives, World of Business, and Computer Applications. Over the years my courses have changed (some in content, some in name).  You can see more about each of the classes on their respective pages (links found at the top of this web page).

In addition to the classes I teach, I am also the FBLA Adviser and the Concessions Manager for the LSW Athletics Department.  You can find out more about the Southwest FBLA chapter by checking out our "new" (also a work in progress) chapter webpage.

Outside of LSW

I play sand volleyball in the nicer months, enjoy reading, chilling on my back patio, and binge watching whatever sounds fun on Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming platform.  I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my new little niece) and am looking forward to watching my middle niece start wrestling for Papillion-LaVista this coming winter.
