Mickle students will work with CLC staff to create light-hearted fun crafts in Crafting Club! Projects will focus on expanding their creativity through traditional craft supplies. Craft Club projects will be focused on being completed the same day, or being short-term projects. This is a great club for students wanting to try out CLC!
Come join the YMCA CLC staff in a club focused around the student's ideas with the freedom to create whatever their heart desires! Students will be given access to some of the CLC's supplies to create a school appropriate project of their choice. Students should plan to have their creativity stretched and image how to use resources in ways they haven't before!
Mickle Garden Green Team provides allows student to work in the award-winning Mickle Community Garden. Mrs. Hammond and Mrs. Blum work with students as they pick produce, tend to the garden, and make Mickle a greener place! Student participating in this club should wear comfortable, outdoor clothing.
Mrs. Ainslie provides a quiet space to complete homework, read a book, or work silently after school. Students who are seeking a place to complete homework or want extra homework help can attend this club.
Watch classic films and learn about what makes great filmmaking with Mrs. Binkley.
