LSWXC Fall Practice Starts Monday Aug 11th at 7:00 AM
Practice times and locations are posted on our team calendar below.
ALL runners must complete the LPS Athletic Participation Packet in ParentVUE - See link below for instructions.
Runners are normally ready to be picked up 60- 90 min after the start of practice.
Runners should bring a water bottle, running shoes, and comfortable workout clothes for running.
