SUMMER RUNNING T-Shirt and Tank Orders HERE!
Summer running assignments are in our Xc google classroom; email coach Salem for the classroom code
Summer running meets Monday - Friday all summer long
Runners are normally ready to be picked up after a 45-60 min run and lifting/post run stretching
Runners should bring a water bottle, running shoes, and comfortable workout clothes each morning
