2025 Volleyball Tryouts

The schedule for volleyball tryouts is below. All tryout communication will be done through Google Classroom. If your athlete is not on Google Classroom, please do so before tryouts! The Google Classroom code is 6q37vvq. In addition, to try out please have your physical uploaded to ParentVue before tryouts. If the physical is not uploaded prior to tryouts, you will NOT be able to participate. Please know that we do make cuts after days 1 - 3. 

Monday, August 11th

• 9th-10th Grade: 12:30 - 2:30 

• 11th-12th Grade (plus any returning JV/Varsity athletes): 2:45 - 4:45

Tuesday, August 12th

• 9th-10th Grade: 3:45 - 5:15

• 11th-12th Grade (plus any returning JV/Varsity athletes): 5:30 - 7:00

Wednesday, August 13th

• 9th-10th Grade: 3:45 - 5:15

• 11th-12th Grade (plus any returning JV/Varsity athletes): 5:15 - 6:30 

Summer Information 2025

SWAG - Summer Workouts

SWAG Sign Up 

Starting June 2nd, SWAG will be every Monday - Thursday in the summer. 

In June we will have 2 groups. In July we will move to one large group. 

• Group 1 (10-12th Grade):

  • Mondays/Wednesdays: Track 9:00 - 9:45, Weight Room 9:45 - 10:30 

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: Weight Room 9:00 - 9:45

• Group 2 (9th Grade) 

  • Mondays/Wednesdays: Weight Room 9:00 - 9:45

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: Track 9:00 - 9:45, Weight Room 9:45 - 10:30 

• July Schedule for ALL grade levels

  • Mondays/Wednesdays: Track 9:00 - 9:45. Weight Room 9:45 - 10:30 

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: Weight Room 9:00 - 9:45

• **NO SWAG June 19th, July 2nd, July 3rd**

Open Gyms/Position Training: 

• Mondays/Wednesdays after SWAG from 10:30 - 11:30

August 9th 

• 9th - 10th Grade - 4:00 - 5:30

• 11th - 12th Grade (plus freshman & sophomores assigned on Monday night) - 5:30 - 7:30

August 10th 

• 9th - 10th Grade - 4:00 - 5:30 

• 11th - 12th Grade (plus freshman & sophomores assigned on Monday night) - 5:30 - 7:30
