Student council (stuco) is a group of students selected for their leadership skills to address issues of concern and organize student events and activities here at Southwest. We are involved in many different events and projects every year. Our ultimate goal is to create an inclusive and fun environment throughout the school.

Student Council and LSW were offered the "Star of Community Support" for student council's continuous contribution to the Make-A-Wish Foundation through fundraising and events such as the volleyball tournament and "No Shave November."
