LHS will again hold a FREE Sports Physical night - Wednesday, May 14th @ 4:30 p.m.
First come, first serve; be prepared to wait up to an hour.

Boys: 8:30-9:45 - Meet on the Football field
Girls: Information coming soon!
Please make every effort to complete consent online and upload the physical with the patient's consent (physicals must be completed May 1, 2025 or after, to qualify for school sports). ALL student-athletes MUST complete a physical to participate in sports for the 2025-26 school year.
If you intend to participate in athletics, it's best to have your physical completed before completing the Participation Packet.

If you qualify for Free/Reduced lunch meals, you must complete the online form for a Free Student Athletic Icon on your ID. Click HERE to complete the form.
