Welcome to our after school program at Dawes Middle School! Below you will find information relevant to our program. The Dawes Community Learning Center seeks to open the world of lifelong learning to Dawes Scholars. Offerings and content will be based on the greater Dawes school and community pillars; post-secondary, leadership and asset development, empowerment and life skills and academic rigor and relevance. CLC Site Community Coordinator, staff and all volunteers will employ a strength-based approach to help engage scholars in an experiential learning environment. This unique environment will directly contribute to the individual, collection belief and responsibility to the success of Dawes Middle School and the greater community. Expectations will include high expectations of scholars and staff in self; academic effort and achievement; and positive contribution.
