Hello there!
My name is Miss MacNamara and I am so excited to be your 5th grade teacher this year! We are going to have such a great year together!
I am from Cranford, New Jersey and went to school there. After graduating from Cranford High School, I attended Seton Hall University to learn how to be a teacher. I love teaching all subjects, but one of my favorites is math because of the fun math games we get to play!
When I'm not teaching, I like to read, go for a run around my local park, and paint. I also love to go to the beach and watching movies. I really enjoy listening to music too. I love artists like Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Olivia Rodrigo, and many more! I am excited to make a class playlist together this year!
This summer I traveled to Ocean City, New Jersey and Newport, Rhode Island. I am so excited to hear about what you did over the summer and get to know about all of the things that you enjoy!

After high school, I attened Seton Hall University. There, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in English. I am dually certified in both Elementary Education (K-6) and Special Education (Pre-K-12).
