The 8th graders used colored pencils to turn a photograph of their choice to an Impressionist drawing. The Impressionists focused on lights and shadows, colors and values. They did not focus on details. The students were prompted to look at general shapes and colors. You will see throughout this exhibit, some students used Google Drawings to focus on general shapes and colors for their images.
