STUDENT MEAL SERVICE - LOCATIONS & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Free Meals for Students / Espanol

The CCSD will provide free meals for students beginning Tuesday, March 17th - April 1st, available for pick up at two locations (Hilsman Middle & Oglethorpe Ave. Elem) and delivered to select neighborhoods via school bus (along existing bus routes). Beginning April 2nd, meals will be available on Mondays and Thursdays - pick up locations will be at Hilsman Middle School and Chase St. Elementary; bus deliveries will continue on these same two days of the week.

Service Guidelines

To ensure the safety of all our students, we request the following guidelines be followed:

1. Students must be present to get their meals.

2. At this time, adult meals are not available for purchase.

3. Students must take the entire meal – choices will not be provided.

4. Follow the directions of the meal service monitor. Be patient as a line may develop, but we will serve students in a timely and safe fashion.

5. Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

6. Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

7. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

8. Cough or sneeze into an elbow or use a tissue and place immediately in the trash.

Meals will be available for pickup from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ONLY on Mondays and Thursdays at the following locations:

• Hilsman Middle School – 870 Gaines School Rd, Athens, GA 30605

• Chase Street Elementary School – 757 N. Chase St., Athens, GA 30601
