Make sure that you are logging in through the Clever portal.
Your username is the first part of your email. (If your email is jsmith29@clarke.k12.ga.us then your username is jsmith29.)
Your password is your lunch number plus @ccsd, ex: 123456@ccsd.
If you still can't log in email Mrs. Craver at cravern@clarke.k12.ga.us.
First, make sure that your operating system is up to date. Click here for instructions..
If that doesn't work try powerwashing your laptop. This will refresh your laptop. (Make sure that you have backed up any files saved on your laptop that you may need before powerwashing.)

If your laptop screen is cracked or your dropped your laptop it can act glitchy. You will need to visit the library media center to find out next steps.
Replacement chargers are $35 if you purchase them from the library media center. You can also buy one on your own just make sure that it is a 65 watt lenovo charger. Click here to buy one from Amazon.

Make sure the charger is firmly into the charging port, try charging again. (When you insert the charger, you should have a green or red light)
green = charged, red=not charged
Plug in your computer then press the power button for 10-15 seconds.
There is also a charging port on the opposite side of the laptop, try charging in that port.
Try another power outlet.
If a laptop is completely out of power, it may take several hours for it to charge up! You may be unable to use it, even if it’s charging.
If none of these steps work visit the library at an appropriate time.
Make sure you are using the correct keyboard by looking at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, it should say US. If not, click on the language and change it to US.
Contact Ms. Pendley or Mrs. Craver. They will need to get it unlocked by technology services.
Make sure you have the right password configuration:
studentID@ccsd
Double check for caps lock and that you are using the correct keyboard (US keyboard)
Contact Ms. Pendley or Mrs. Craver if you still can’t sign on
Restart your laptop -
Hold down the power button for 30-60 seconds and then restart
OR
Use the ‘Shut Down’ option: tap the notification area (where you see the wifi icon, power and time) Press the ‘Shutdown’ icon.
