A Letter from Jason,

The first thing people generally want to know when looking for an attorney is:

What are his/her credentials?

(this includes foreclosures, acquisitions, and title clearing, etc.) and business. But I am here to help anyone who knocks on my door in need of assistance.

In addition to being an attorney I also:

But I don't think most people base their decision to hire an attorney merely upon the attorney’s credentials.

So let me tell you a little bit more about me.

I grew up in a small town named Milford in New Hampshire where my dad, Doctor Clark, had a family dental practice and my mom worked as a pediatric nurse in a nearby hospital named Saint Joseph’s. Milford was the type of town where everyone seemed to know each other. I know people say that a lot about small towns, but in Milford it really was true. We had a local drive-in theater where families would go on a hot summer weekend evening, and we had a town circle with small cafes and restaurants where the town folks would gather on the long cold winter nights. The small-town family values I came to know as a kid I brought along with me to the big city of New York where I went to college, and then to law school in Ohio, and lastly here to Tampa Bay where I started my own practice.

Along the way I have helped families and businesses while working in the Governor’s office in New Hampshire, and while working in the Mayor’s office in Cleveland, Ohio. I have assisted Judges with the management of predatory lending cases and I have helped Community Development Corporations save distressed neighborhoods. I have sat in board rooms with CEOs from some of our country’s largest investment firms and I have sat in the kitchens of families fighting to keep their homes. I have seen the highs and the lows, and have always held true to my moral compass and fought for regular folks like those I grew up with in my old hometown.

I am passionate about what I do and I am hardworking. My client's best interest is always what I put first. That is the type of person I am and the type of lawyer I will be for you.

Sincerely,
