My name is Cindy Whiteside and I am a school counselor at Baker Intermediate. I am married with three
wonderful children. I have been in education for 28 years. I enjoy the opportunity counseling offers me
to help children learn how to effectively deal with a variety of problems, and to inspire them to do their
personal best in their lives. In my spare time, I love reading, writing, crocheting, painting, and going
camping. I am excited to work with the students and families at Baker Intermediate this year and look
forward to meeting all of you!

My name is Emily Daniels. I am from Ewing, Virginia which is a very small town where Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia all meet. I went to Morehead State University for college so that is how I ended up in Winchester. This year I will be starting my 17th year in education. For seven of those years I taught sixth and seventh grade math here in Clark County. This will be my tenth year as school counselor and I am looking forward to a great year. As a counselor I want my students to know I am always here to listen and support them not only academically but socially and emotionally as well. When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my little girl. I also love going to concerts, traveling, and the beach.

My name is Terri Bailey and this is my third year serving in the role of a school counselor. I was born and raised in Winchester and graduated from GRC. I continued my education at the University of Kentucky where I received my bachelors degree in Elementary Education. Afterwards, I obtained my Master’s in School Counseling from Morehead State University. This will be my 11th year in education and all have been at Baker Intermediate. I have a passion for advocating for students and helping them through difficult times. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids.
