I serve as Walker Gamble Elementary School's Assistant Principal of Instruction. I work with students and teachers to increase student achievement in ELA, math, science, and social studies. This is my sixth year at WGE and my seventeenth year in education. I spent eleven years teaching second and third grade in Sumter School District before transferring to WGE.Â
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina: Upstate in Early Childhood Education. I also have a graduate degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.
My husband and I have two sons and live right outside of Clarendon County on our family farm. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family traveling, watching football, and riding tractors.
