Meet the CCF Staff
Captain O'Clee - Contingent Commander
While you can usually find Capt O'Clee hiding out in the Maths department, she loves to leave all that geekery behind occasionally to spend time in the great outdoors. Capt O'Clee was previously a cadet herself and has worked with CCFs in other schools, and it's an exciting step up to form a new CCF from scratch.
Capt O'Clee's favourite part of CCF is seeing the kids gain in confidence, and firing on the range!
WO1 Larkin - School Staff Instructor
W01 Larkin joined the Claires Court family in May 2021. A former career soldier and British Army Warrant Officer, he has 15 years experience working with cadets.
"It is great to see cadets enjoying themselves when learning different military skills taught by enthusiastic staff. From putting on the uniform for the first time, putting up a 'BASHA', cooking their first ration pack meal and marching as a section on parade, it gives cadets and staff a sense of great achievement working as a team"
W01 Larkin relishes the opportunity of working with all the Cadet Force Adult Volunteer staff in promoting Claires Court CCF as a new contingent.
2nd Lieutenant Richards - Head of Army
2nd Lt Richards is quite possibly the most enthusiastic CFAV you will ever come across! He has absolutely loved his time with the CCF so far, relishing the opportunity to learn new skills. He particularly enjoyed his CCF Basic course at Frimley Park and is looking forward to gaining lots more qualifications in the future.
2nd Lieutenant Gravett
Our resident music man, 2nd Lt Gravett has previous experience as an Air Cadet but has enjoyed the switch from blue to green!
2nd Lieutenant Austin-Smith
