Parent Volunteer Sign-up Sheet

End of Year Party:

Tasks are randomly assigned the task for each party. Please feel free to swap amongst your partners for your party. I will email each party’s volunteers with contact info for your fellow volunteers. Each party is one hour. Generally, classes create four stations (2 crafts, 2 games/activity). The class is divided into four groups and they rotate to each activity, which lasts about 15 minutes. Just a reminder, NO food permitted at parties.

A few housekeeping items:

-Just a reminder, you must have your clearances and volunteer badges to be with students in class parties and on field trips. I know a few of you are working on this. Can you please let me know once you get word your badge is in the office?

-If something comes up and you are unable to participate, please let me know as soon as you can so I can get a replacement.
