Coaches and team captains can use the form below to send us photos or short videos (up to 10 per submission), a headline idea and the story behind it (opponent, score, standout moments), and the names of athletes pictured so we can write captions.

Submit after every game or event, all season long! You'll get an email receipt for each submission.
