"Those who have no record of what their forebears have accomplished lose the inspiration which comes from the teaching of biography and history” -- Dr. Carter G. Woodson
February has been a month of learning about Black History, listening to our community share stories, and celebrating inspiration. However, this is not the end!
Join us in integrating historical and contemporary contributions of Black Americans into your daily lives. Extend the celebration beyond February by listening to and acknowledging the lived experiences of Black Americans.
We challenge you to use these resources to continue learning; seek out and lift up Black accomplishments because Black History is American History.
