Our Mission
The mission of the Wellness Centers is to foster a safe connection among CJUSD students, families, employees, and the diverse school community to cultivate well-being, resiliency, self-sufficiency, and readiness to learn.
We provide and advocate for equitable services grounded in multi-tiered evidence-based practices through qualified mental health professionals and collaborative partners, bridging the gap between community and schools.

Seeking assistance can often be the most challenging step in receiving support. No matter what challenges you're facing, we're here to provide support. Please visit the Wellness Center in room 31, or fill out the referral form, and the Wellness Center will reach out to you to arrange an appointment.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 is a federal law establishing an array of confidentiality rights for students and families. This law is required to be upheld by all school employees.
Students who engage with the wellness center have a right to confidentiality. The documents generated when a student engages DO NOT become part of the students educational record and is maintained by the clinician in compliance with FERPA.
CHS Wellness Club's Mission
To empower students at Colton High School to advocate for their own mental health needs and to reduce the mental health crisis and eliminate the stigma attached to it.
CHS Wellness Club's Vision
Our vision is to create a positive impact in our students providing them with mental health resources, as well as, ways they can reach out to help others learn that there is help for anyone in need of it.
