Follow Up

Please read the entire job announcement if they do not want you to call them to check on the employment process after the interview ask what the next step is during the interview. Some may send an email, call or even hire you on the spot. Be prepared to show your ID and Social Security Card to proof the right to work in the United States.

Do write a thank you note for the interview and drop it off or email it the same day if possible. Include the pleasure it was to be at the employment site, how courteous the team was and maybe a quality that you did not mention in the interview.
