In Memory of Derek Pratt

It is with breaking hearts that we share the news that Derek went home to Jesus on September 29, 2025. Derek had a gentle and joyful soul, he knew Jesus! And loved him. Derek thrived during Christian Journey Courses' Prepped for Life course in Kendall County Jail. He showed love, grace, and mercy to his fellow inmates and to the Jail staff. All who met Derek grew to love him. We know we will see Derek again in heaven and that he is with Jesus right now! We pray for the family, friends, and our volunteers who grew close to him. Thank you Lord for bringing Derek into our life!
