Local Flight Plans
Submit a local flight plan using the BDCA ATC F01-B form. For private flights operating entirely within Belizean airspace. Submit at least 30 minutes in advance of departure for VFR flight plans and 1 hour for IFR flight plans.
NOTAM Submission
NOTAM Submission
Submit a request for a NOTAM using the BDCA F02-Pre NOTAM form. Submit your requests at least 24 hours in advance of your operation to avoid delays.
Landing Clearance

Request permission to land in Belize. To avoid delays, make your requests at minimum 24 hours before expected arrival in Belizean airspace.
Overflight Requests

Request permission to overfly Belizean airspace here. Submit at minimum 24 hours before intended entry.
