Mrs. Shaw
My name is LaVessa Shaw. I have had the privilege to work at City View for 24 yrs as a paraprofessional. My 4 kids went to the elementary school and my oldest grandson graduated from our school in 2015 and my granddaughter is in the second grade. I also went to the elementary yrs ago. City View School runs in my blood!. I have a wonderful husband and we have been married 53 yrs. We have 3 adult kids and 6 grand kids.I count it as a blessing having City View School for all these years!
Mrs. Mitchell
My name is Katie Mitchell. I have worked in special education for 11 years. For the past 5 years, I have had the privilege of working at CityView ISD. I currently work with the self contained students. I am married to an amazing man, and we have two dogs, Apollo and Ares. I love sewing, reading and video games.
Mrs. Rucker
Hi, my name is Sherrie Rucker. I have been involved in both public and private school environments for almost 20 years, and the rest of my work career has been in the finance sector of the business world. I have been married for more than half of my life to a man who is also my pastor. I am blessed with 8 grandchildren and also have one in heaven. I am the music director for Bible Baptist church. During the last six months I have put in an amazing garden, caught up on some reading, and spent quality time with my family.
