City View Independent School District Police Department

Mission Statement

The City View ISD Police Department shall provide a safe learning environment for all students and staff, minimize the disruption to the learning process and establish prevention measures in order to safeguard life and property and reduce crime. Commitment to the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and provide district employees with ethical leadership. Fostering open communications, teamwork, and relationship development with students, staff, administrators, parents, community resources, and local law enforcement.

The City View ISD Police Department was launched on August 14, 2020, after satisfying all requirements set forth by TCOLE, Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. The department is staffed by one officer, Chief of Police Kyle Collier. Chief Collier retired from the Wichita Falls Police Department in 2019 with 30 years of service. Our plan is to implement community policing to the elementary and secondary campuses. We are excited to be participating with two excellent programs, Campus CrimeStoppers and Wichita County Teen Court. It is important that all students and staff know that the CVISD Police Department is ready to respond and meet the needs of this school district.
