For students that HAVE NEVER been enrolled at City View ISD, click the "New Student Online Enrollment" link below.

New Student and Returning Student Registration will open July 15th. Elementary Office Staff will be back on campus August 5th to help with any enrollment needs. 

Required Documents for NEW STUDENT Enrollment include the following: 

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Immunization Record

• Proof of guardianship and or custody

• Your child’s safety if our #1 priority.  If there are any custody issues, we MUST have any legal paperwork on file. Please bring these documents with you when registering.

• Previous School Records

• Report card or official school transcript.

• Withdrawal form from previous school.

• Proof of Residency in our District 

 FOR PRE-KINDERGARTEN YOU MUST MEET OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Please bring ALL the above documentation and if you are trying to qualify by income, bring:

• Current Paycheck Stub or

• Letter from employer stating gross wages paid and how often they are paid or 

• Unemployment, Worker’s Compensation, or Disability Payment Stub or

• SNAP benefits.

For RETURNING or CURRENT students, click the "Current/Returning Student Online Registration" button below-

***Online Registration MUST be completed before your student(s) can come to school on the first day.

** Returning Students Require updated immunizations and proof of residence be turned into the school.
