Students are given the ASVAB as Juniors. The ASVAB serves multiple purposes for students. Students' strengths and interests are inventoried through this tests. Not only can Military recruiters use this information to help students select an appropriate branch to serve, students who do not wish to go enlist in the military can use this information to help guide college and career choices. Students who wish to take the ASVAB again as a Senior to increase military entrance scores may do so.
