One of the things we are finding in this remote learning time period is just how monotonous Google Classroom can be. In order to help learn about all of the various technology tools out there and make our teaching & lessons more engaging, we're starting a club of sorts, to go through different tools and offer some trouble shooting solutions for teachers! This week, we're starting off with two different tools, Edpuzzle & Padlet. Come join us as we go over these different tools and try them out. Weekly on Wednesdays from 3PM-4PM.
Ms. Valesey & Mr. Divan reviewed how to use EdPuzzle, including how to revise an already existing resource as well as how to create a resource of your own!
Ms. Murphy demonstrated the various uses of PadLet, an online post-it board, as a brainstorming activity, as a question bank, and as an exit ticket.
Wacom Tablet
Ms. Collado reviewed how to use the Wacom tablet and differentiate for various learners!
Ms. Valesey attempted to set up a "grid", and showed us how to create an asynchronous class discussion.
