Section 504

At Cityscape, we will employ a variety of learning options as we make all reasonable efforts to provide services to students with disabilities. We will communicate with families by:

• phone

• email

• Google Classroom

• teleconferences

• any other method that meets the needs of our students and families

We will provide instructional materials for students that are specified on the 504 Plan, as well as basic supplies as needed.

We will hold 504 meetings via phone and/or teleconference. Parents will be notified of meetings by:

• email

• phone

• regular mail
