Citylife Church appreciates that privacy is very important. We recognise the right of people to  keep their personal information private. This Privacy Policy covers policy information  collected and/or held by us. When dealing with personal information Citylife Church complies  with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Australian Privacy Act and Child  Protection Act. 

1. Collection of Information 

Citylife Church will collect general information about you, including your name, address, and  contact details. All other information will be collected specifically to facilitate service  provision. Where practicable, the purpose for which we collect personal information will be  made clear at the time of collection. 

2. Use of Information 

Citylife Church will only use the personal information collected for the purpose disclosed at  the time of collection, or otherwise set out in this Privacy Policy. The use of any information  you give to Citylife Church will be carefully controlled. Your personal information will only be  

used within the organisation where it is deemed necessary for the normal running of the  organisation. Only persons authorised to use the information will have access to your  personal information. Your personal information will not be sold to any other organisation for  any purpose whatsoever. 

Disclosure to parties outside the organisation will not be made without your permission  unless 

(i) We consider that disclosure will lessen or prevent serious harm to you. 

(ii) Any unlawful activity is suspected. 

You have the right to access your personal information held by us and to ensure that the  information held is accurate and up to date. 

The personal information provided to Citylife Church may be used to inform you of programs  that are available to you through our organisation. You have the right to refuse this  permission if you do not wish to receive this information.
