Discipling others reproduces who we are. For this reason, we, as Cell Leaders, are committed to being people who exemplify a Christ-like life. The following are qualities and behaviours we expect of our Cell Leaders which reflect Christ and uphold the values and mission of Citylife Church.
We know and exemplify the core values of Citylife Church.

We are committed to and are actively living out the mission of Citylife Church.

We are devoted to our relationship with God and connect with Him through prayer, reading the Scriptures and personal worship.
We regularly pray and genuinely care for those in the cell we lead.
We show up regularly and engage fervently in Sunday Gatherings to set an example for those in our cells.
We attend Cell Leader’s meetings for accountability, encouragement, and cell related input.
We adhere to the Citylife Leadership Standards found here.
We have completed the Cell Leader training (Training material in development).
We have completed the Volunteer Application form, accept Citylife Church policies and procedures.
