COVID testing must be completed 72–96 hours before entering the School. As a reminder, no students, faculty, or staff members will be allowed to return to in-person school or work without documentation of a negative test within this window. Families should verify health insurance coverage prior to testing at their chosen location and submit bills for testing services to their health insurance providers. C&C will reimburse standard testing expenses not covered by families’ health insurance. Please note, documentation showing that the testing cost has been submitted to insurance, as well as the response from the insurance company, will be required for reimbursement by C&C. For more information on reimbursement and how to submit documentation, please contact Girish in the Business Office (girisht@cityandcountry.org). If the cost of testing poses a financial difficulty for your family, please contact Millie Cartagena (milliec@cityandcountry.org), Director of Community Life, Equity, and Inclusion.
