This year, we’re using Cheddar Up to make registration easier than ever. To reserve your child’s spot, follow THIS LINK to:
Pay the $100 family deposit
Select the grade your child(ren) will enter next school year
Complete the student and parent info form (including emergency contacts and authorized pickups) for each child attending Summer at City.
Important deadlines:
$100 deposit is due at the time of registration
Full tuition is due by May 23 (invoices will be sent through Alma, see below on how to pay Fees in ALMA)

You will be able to see the balance for your student(s) and even pay invoices at a glance from the dashboard. To go to the Fees you can either click on a student and then select the Fees tab or click on the “fees” portion of the student tile where it says “open balance”, or select a specific invoice to pay using "pay invoice"
From your Fees tab, you can quickly see the total balance you currently owe (as well as what portion of that may be past due), how much you have paid, and the total amount the school has invoiced you. Click on “pay invoice” next to any open invoice to make a payment!
Invoices sent by the school are divided into two groups: due and closed.
Invoice Due:
OPEN - Any invoices that are not paid and are not yet due are “open.”
PAST DUE - Any invoices that are not paid and have a due date in the past are “past due.”
Invoices Closed:
PAID - Any invoice that you have paid (it does not matter whether it was paid before, on, or after the due date.)
VOID - An unpaid invoice that was canceled/voided by the school.
You can click on the invoice number of any invoice to see more information, pay the invoice, or get a receipt.
The green “make payment” button appears in multiple locations.
To pay from within an invoice, click on an invoice with a remaining balance. Next, click on “make payment,” a new window will open.
From Stripe’s payment interface you can use either a card or bank transfer to make the payment. If your browser supports saved payment methods you may have an additional button that says “pay now.”
