CIT JOC Expansion Project Presentation Info.pdfThe CIT expansion project options and administrative recommendations were reviewed and discussed multiple times at JOC meetings during the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 school years.
The attached document includes the administrative recommendation and an overview of the information that was presented to the CIT Joint Operating Committee.
The Resolution to approve option #2 of the Expansion Project was approved by the CIT Joint Operating Committee on Thursday, December 11, 2025 (see attached).
Final approval and authorization to proceed with the expansion project requires unanimous approval from all five sending districts (Bangor, Easton, Nazareth, Pen Argyl and Wilson).

CIT representatives will be attending district board meetings to present the expansion project recommendation. To ensure questions can be addressed and requested information provided at the time of the presentation, please submit all expansion project questions or information requests via the Google Form by January 31.
