CIT Foundation Scholarship & Scholastic Awards
The CIT Foundation provides multiple awards to students based on grades, attendance, and service to CIT. Applications are due April 8, 2026.
The Northampton County Chiefs of Police Association announces the creation of two $500.00 college scholarships for students pursuing an education and career in police-related studies. The student must be a resident of Northampton County and be enrolled in Criminal Justice or another police-related major. Applications are due by April 8, 2026.
PSEA Northampton Co. Retired Teachers - George H. Treisner, Jr. Award
This award is being offered to a senior who will be continuing their education or to purchase tools, equipment, and materials necessary for entering the workforce. Applications are due by April 8, 2026.
Washington Lodge #17
Washington Lodge #17 will award a graduating high school senior who is a resident of the city of Easton proper OR senior participating in Protective Services. Consideration will be based on scholastic record, personal characteristics, and financial need. Applicants must include a short essay on their interest in being a law enforcement officer or social services worker. Due April 1, 2026.
Bangor Alumni Association Scholarship
This scholarship is eligible to Bangor students attending college. Applications are due by April 8, 2026.
Mary DePalma Memorial Scholarship for Nursing
The Mary DePalma Memorial Scholarship for Nursing provides a $500 scholarship to a Bangor student who is continuing their education in the nursing field. The student must provide proof of college acceptance or a letter of intent to a nursing program, a letter of recommendation, transcripts, and a typed statement. Applications are due April 8, 2026.
Ron Karasek Jr. Scholarship
This $500 scholarship was created to help students interested in furthering their careers in a trade. Eligibility: Any Bangor graduating senior attending a post-secondary institution for a building trade. Applications are due April 8, 2026.
Slate Belt Chamber of Commerce
Slate Belt Chamber of Commerce is awarding a scholarship to a CIT graduating senior for post-high school educational expenses. Student must attend Bangor, Pen Argyl, or Faith Christian and be attending a 2 or 4-year college or post-high school training institution and must provide proof of acceptance. The Chamber also uses this application to award the Frederick R. Curcio Scholarship to a student who is majoring in Computer Science at a college or post-secondary institution. Due by April 8, 2026.
Slate Belt Rising Awards
Slate Belt Rising is awarding a scholarship OR tool award to a CIT graduating student for post-high school expenses. The student must attend Bangor, Pen Argyl, or Faith Christian Academy. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, volunteer experience, and be involved in extracurricular activities. Due April 8th, 2026.
TeamTommy Inc. Legacy Scholarship
The TeamTommy Inc. Legacy Scholarship honors the legacy of Tommy Stackhouse, a 2021 graduate of Bangor Area High School. Applicants must be graduating seniors from Bangor who plan to enroll in an eligible post-secondary program and demonstrate strong character, inclusivity, and positive involvement in their school or community. Due April 8, 2026.
EAHS Class of 1956 Sherwood "Woody" Frankenfield Scholarship
The Easton Area High School Class of 1956 Sherwood “Woody” Frankenfield Scholarship is an award available for any Easton High School Student in any of CIT’s programs who is attending college. Applications are due April 8, 2026.
Easton Area Schoolmen's Association Award
This monetary award is open to all Easton students. Applications are due April 8, 2026.
Ron Lehr Memorial HVAC Scholarship Award
This award is given to an Easton Area High School student in the Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration & Plumbing program in memory of Ron Lehr. Due April 8, 2026.
Kiwanis Club of Easton
The Kiwanis Club of Easton is awarding a $1500 scholarship to a CIT graduating senior for post-high school educational expenses. Student must attend Wilson, Easton, or Notre Dame and be attending a 2-year or 4-year college or post-high school training institution. The student must have maintained a B or higher overall scholastic average. The winning student must agree to send a transcript after completion of the first semester. Upon receipt, a check will be sent to the student. Applications are due April 8, 2026.
Kiwanis of Palmer Scholarship & Tool Award
Kiwanis of Palmer is awarding a $1000 scholarship to a CIT graduating senior for post-high school educational expenses or tools and supplies. The student must attend Wilson, Easton, or Notre Dame. Applications are due April 8, 2026.
Boop Ravese Memorial Award
This scholarship is eligible to an Easton Area High School student enrolled in Building Construction Technology who is furthering their education at a trade school. Applications are due by April 8, 2026.
