SET UP ALLOCATIONS
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Head to the yes desk to grab yourself a host lanyard & Check-in with the Serve Team Leader.
At the 'Yes Desk' you will find an iPad open to the Serve Team Hub where you have been allocated tasks and roles, have a look and tackle your job. alternativly, check the Serve Team Hub in advance on your own device to be prapred ahead of time.
Please have our Connect Form on your phone ready to engage with people who may be new or interested in checking out Citipointe Church.

Please ensure all bins in the foyer, cafe and yes desk are emptied and relined before 8am huddle and after doors close for the word to reset for service 2.
MOTHERS ROOM

Turn lights, aircon and TV on. Bins need to be emptied, General tidy up of toys and resetting cushions. Restock baby items as needed. Empty and refill bottle warmer and diffuser.
BATHROOMS

Please ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with paper towels and toilet paper.
FOYER

Please ensure all tables and chairs have been wiped, floor is clean / vacuumed if needed and the glass auditorium doors have been wiped.
OUTDOORS

Please ensure all front doors both open and cleaned. The main entrance and the seating area out the back has been leaf blowed and tidied. Flags out on the road path & Speaker near the front doors.

Please ensure all IPads are charged as well as open and ready with all the connect forms. Tidy the desk, empty the small bin, place team belongings in the cubes. Get envelopes ready for tithes.
Seating Hosts:
When you see the countdown begin in the main foyer please proceed to your section door as allocated on the map to the left. Before the countdown begins act as a greeter / mingler in the main foyer.
You are in charge of greeting people at the doors and helping people find their seats in your allocated section.
Please close half the door before praise song number 2 ends but remain by the open half of the door to help seat late comers.
Once the majority of people are seated, close the other half of the door and remain close to the door on the foyer side. Head in to listen to the sermon once praise and worship is complete.
