SERVING GENEROUSLY is a part of who we are at Citipointe Church.
Serving is all about making a difference. This is where we reach past ourselves and become involved in Kingdom purposes, outworked through the local church. It is the giving of our time; talents and treasure to see more of His Kingdom come to Earth. (Citipointe Heartbeat, pg. 10).

Everyone's job is to love and serve people generously!
Everyone's job is to connect somebody. Greater than any task we complete, connecting people into Citipointe, to Jesus and to their next step is the goal of every team member.
The best way you can do that is by keeping the Citipointe PR Connect Form ready on your phone at all times, no matter who you meet - you can easily connect them at the touch of a button!
GREETERS & CONNECTORS
GREETERS & CONNECTORS
This team often are the only team members each Sunday who get to connect with and say hello to everyone who comes through our doors.
Your role is important to make sure people feel seen and valued as they enter our doors.
We welcome people with smiling faces and a friendly hand-shake or hi-5 - we don't assume everyone loves hugs. But we want to make sure every person knows that they matter to God & us!
The Yes Desk is our point of connection and information for every person to take their next step.
Whether that be as a new person joining the church, a new decision for Jesus, someone looking for prayer, joining a team or lifegroup.
We also receive payments at the Yes Desk for tithes & offerings, as well as other various things.

Here people also may ask questions about anything! Even if we may not personally know the answer ourselves, our response is never "no I don't know, but always, "Let me find the answer for you." Or "Let me take your details & one of the team will be in touch with you this week."

OPERATIONS
The Ops team make all the logistics of the service happen smoothly and seamlessly so that people can be put at ease.
The key functions of this team are:
Handing out Offering Buckets correctly - click the link for the detailed process.
Handing out Communion
And helping people find their seats.
All of these things help people have a comfortable experience and communicates that we want to serve, love and honour them.
All team members will find themselves helping here, depending on the needs that may arise.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The FI team make everything immaculate and beautiful! The way you prepare your house for someone's arrival speaks volumes and at Citipointe - we do so with love, detail and excellence.
People first receive with their senses - so we want to make sure people feel that if the house is looked after, then we will look after them too!
This team ensure that every room and space is clean, tidy, smelling pleasant, lighting is perfect and each room is at a comfortable temperature.

The best place to be on a Sunday is made even better with good coffee!
The Cafe Team ensure that people are not only able to get drinks, but also meet each new person who may find themselves receive a free drink for their first visit!
This team are for the multi-taskers who can take orders and serve drinks, all with a joyful attitude - no matter how big the rush gets!
CREATIVE
The Creative Team is the worship expression of Citipointe Pine Rivers.
This team exists to prepare and lead people into the presence of God, our heart is to see people step into their calling, grow into all God’s called them to be and become Christ-centred worshippers. Whether you’re a professional or have zero experience there is an area for you.
