• Detailed risk assessment report submitted looking at all possible areas of risk, solutions and plans mapped out.

• Safety briefing given everyday on do’s and don’ts

• Permission taken from Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) for all activities to be conducted at Hampi.

• Back-up vehicle to be made available for any emergency transport round the clock.

• Allergy information for every participant to be collected in advance. 

• All facilitators are trained and certified for first aid.

• Allergy information is collected in advance and information is shared with all the kitchens.
• Facilitators will be inspecting the food before each meal to ensure compliance
•We will be providing fresh fruit, snacks, coconut water and packaged juices in addition to the above
