I started working in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the age of 21, where I lead a team to design arts workshops for children with autism. Afterwards I worked in process improvement at a university in Australia with the aim of improving disability accessibility to student services. At the same time, I led a committee to move the needle on LGBTQIA+ diversity, equity, and inclusion in the state of Victoria through policy, events, and communications. Afterwards I transitioned into the not-for-profit sector, where I helped set up an organisation in Melbourne, and one in Singapore.
I am currently working in a team to deliver gender and LGBTQIA+ diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to organisations based in Singapore and overseas.
There is nothing more important to me than creating a safer, more empowering world for everyone.
I studied at CIS from grade 1 through 12. I am looking forward to contributing to the CIS community and connecting with CIS once again.
