For the past 2.5 decades, I have been helping some of the largest businesses in Asia Pacific in their digital transformation journey as Senior Director for Customer Advocacy @ SAP.

I have worked for companies from multiple industries and in as diverse roles as in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, production, logistics, supply chain, partner recruitment and new product development. I used to teach design thinking at the Institute of Product Leadership for their executive MBA program.

I have crystallised his learning into two books - Your Startup mentor & Thrive. I also host a popular podcast – Pushing Beyond the Obvious, where I share insights that can help run businesses better and blogs at www.rmukeshgupta.com.

I am passionate about learning and staying current and about spreading the importance of and the skills to be creative – both at work and in personal life.
