I am passionate about diversity, inclusion, and equity and have prioritized advancing diversity in every role I've had in 17 year Human Resources career. I joined Microsoft in 2012 as a member of the Global Diversity & Inclusion (GD&I) team, first providing programmatic leadership and guidance for Microsoft’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Employee Networks (ENs) and Microsoft’s DigiGirlz program, then partnering with Business and HR Leaders to design and lead D&I strategy for 2 of Microsoft’s Engineering groups, as well as 5 Microsoft field locations (China, India, Israel, Boston, and Silicon Valley, CA).I then moved to an HR Business Partner role, then led Microsoft's largest HR Consulting team.

I am currently Senior Director, Microsoft Asia Talent Acquisition, leading the team responsible for acquiring talent for Microsoft's present and future in Asia, including but not limited to: China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand.
