I have experience around interviewing skills - how to do it, what to prepare and the interview process. I would be interested in sharing my knowledge with students, especially in supporting students with how to complete their college applications.

I have worked in the field of human capital and people leadership for the last 21 years across various geographies. I have supported many talents at various experience levels to build, and achieve, a robust plan and to lay out their next steps towards success.

After starting my career in HR& business consultancy, I excelled in HR business partnerships and Center of Excellence roles leading cultural transformation journeys, organizational restructuring and talent management projects in mobile telecommunications and high tech.

I had stepped into the life sciences industry with a management committee role as Head of HR in Baxter. My role evolved into leading people during spin off, merger, acquisition and divestitures from Baxter, Baxalta, Shire and Takeda. I have worked in the emerging markets from Africa and Turkey. I had the privilege of partnering closely with various business & functional teams as well as employee resource groups for talent development; succession management and capability building in VUCA world - growing and learning together with the teams I lead and played as an impactful team member as well.

I have graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Industrial Engineering and have an Executive MBA degree as well.
