Reflective

I aim to create an illustration that symbolizes reflection, and being reflective. For me, being reflective is thinking about how we did things and how we could’ve done them differently. Sitting down and looking more in depth into who we are is also being reflective. My illustration presents an elf-like character that is looking back at herself, with the ears being very visible. The ears express difference, and how everyone has differences that make them unique. We should learn to embrace that.

Scotch Tape

This 30 second long animation video demonstrates the use of Scotch tape. Stop Motion Studio was the app that helped me create action with inanimate objects by taking multiple images and moving the item little by little.
