Job Description:
A highly trained security professional who is able to blend into a corporate environment.
An armed agent capable of responding to a lethal force situation anywhere on the
campus.
Mobile and immediate safety and security response to any situation on the property.
Able to respond to a serious threat.
Coordinate with management regarding team member training and Standard Operating Procedures.
Coordinate with management regarding building needs and client
service requests.
Ensure safe arrival and departure of client Executive team members.
Monitoring of all building emergency alarms (fire alarm, tornado warning, weather
alert) and prompt and proper reporting.
Monitor the ingress and egress of the building(s) during high traffic times of the day
to ensure unauthorized access by tailgating does not occur.
Perform sweeps of the parking structure(s) and building (including stairwells) daily prior
to the arrival of client personnel, and at the end of the day, to ensure unauthorized persons are not concealed on the property.
Oversee and manage the security team. Relieve all posts for lunch and bio breaks when necessary.
Responsible for communicating and coordinating the deployment of other CI elements (Account Manager, Guard Force, Investigations, TacForce Training,
Technologies), per the needs of the client, and well as liaising with law enforcement if necessary (investigations, law enforcement response, etc.)

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator will monitor physical security assets and events and take the appropriate action to either remediate or escalate appropriately. The security monitoring specialist will follow documented procedures to ensure timely resolution or escalation of events. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of major operating systems, physical security controls, video monitoring systems, and physical security concepts. The position requires a strong desire to continuously learn.
Duties:
Monitor and manage physical alarms and alerts based on criticality. Provide effective first-tier problem recognition to mitigate interruptions to service by troubleshooting or escalating potential threats affecting physical infrastructure. Utilize standard procedures to effectively process infrastructure alarms and alerts while maintaining regulatory requirements. Preparing required documentation for a given event and follow-up per the applicable regulatory requirements or standards. Use monitoring tools to effectively manage the alarms and alerts.
Maintain basic understanding of network infrastructure, computer operating systems, security information and event monitoring system and other physical security technologies to ensure adequate defense.
Maintain basic understanding of physical infrastructure and access control systems used by the client as well as software and other technologies used for physical security.
Respond to inquiries and provide basic problem resolution based on established policies and procedures or past experiences.
Assists in response to actual events as required.
