I’m Cindy Teramoto — a spiritual advisor, energy healer, therapist, and teacher of energy bodies.
I help people understand themselves more deeply, work intentionally with the energy shaping their lives and the places they care for, and strengthen their connection with Spirit.
I teach people how energy works and how to work with it skillfully—so they can move through life with greater clarity, ease, and intention.
I grew up in Hawaiʻi in a Native Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, and Portuguese family where healing, spirituality, and relationship with the unseen were simply part of life.
The home I was raised in sat along a procession line between heiau. Things happened there. Some might call it a haunted house. To me, it was simply a place where the spiritual world was close and active. People regularly came to bless our home.
When I was in high school, a kahuna pulled me aside and showed me how to bless homes. It wasn’t formal training. It was more just me being trusted with something real and expected to handle it with care.
My mother sought healing throughout my childhood. She visited family healers and visiting medicine people, and I often went with her. Sometimes I received treatments. But mostly, I sat quietly and observed. My learning happened through watching, feeling, and being present.
One of those healers was my uncle from my mother’s hometown in Kohala, Hawaii. He fixed bones, adjusted the body, and worked with plant medicine. We didn’t have a title for what he did. He was simply our uncle. I remember riding with him as he searched for the right plant to treat a persistent rash I had. I didn’t know it then, but I guess that was part of my informal training.
Paying attention—to people, to land, to energy, and to what couldn’t always be seen or explained—was part of my everyday life. Working respectfully with the unseen wasn’t separate from my world. It was woven into it.
These are the roots of my healing work.
Alongside what I learned through family, culture, and lived experience, I pursued formal education and alternaive training that expanded how I understand people, healing, energy, and change.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified energy healer, and ordained minister. Over the years, I’ve studied psychology, relationships, trauma, energy healing, spirituality, and the connection between our thoughts, emotions, bodies, and the lives we create.
I don’t view these as separate bodies of knowledge. They inform one another and often speak of the same mechanism with different language. Clinical training helps me understand the human experience. Energy work helps me listen to what may be happening beyond words. Spiritual practice keeps me connected to something larger than both.
My work has become an integration of all three—human, energetic, and spiritual.
Over the years, my work has become less about following a particular method and more about listening deeply—to the person, the energy, the place, and Spirit.
Sometimes that means conversation and guidance. Sometimes it means energy healing. Sometimes the work is with a home, land, or sacred space. And sometimes my clinical training provides the right container.
What connects all of it is a belief that meaningful change begins within. When we understand what is happening beneath the surface and learn to work intentionally with our own energy, we can begin to relate differently to ourselves, to one another, and to the lives we are creating.
I’m less interested in telling people who to become than in helping them hear more clearly who they already are—and what wants to emerge next.
