We highly recommend bookmarking this webpage for easy access all year long. Access the music your singer is learning, submit absence/tardiness requests, view the calendar, and more!

About the Hub:

• Attendance: Notification of planned absences must be sent in as early as possible and no less than 30 days prior so that the artistic staff can plan accordingly. See the CYC Handbook for the full Attendance Policy.

• Calendar: View your singer's rehearsal & performance calendar for the season. Links are available to add the calendar to your personal calendar.

• Music: Visit the Music page and select your singer's choir to view the music they are working on for the upcoming concert. Be sure to check out any recordings and learning tracks that would be helpful for your singer.

• Documents & Forms: This is where the CYC Handbook will live. Please read the Handbook thoroughly before signing the Parent/Singer Agreement Form. This is where you can find information to purchase a parking pass!

• Events & Performance Details: As we get closer to an event/performance, we’ll add a link to the Detail Sheet, which provides all the information you need to know (when to arrive, what to wear, etc.)

• Uniforms: Details for each choir's performance uniform. Be sure that you have all necessary items before your singer's first performance.
