If your organisation already exists on Cimple, you can request access directly from the platform.
Start registering your organisation as normal.
If an organisation match is found, you will see a message indicating that the organisation already exists.
Use the on screen option to send a request email directly from the portal to your organisation’s admin.
If you are unsure who the admin is, the original user has left the organisation, or the email is no longer monitored, contact the Cimple support team. We will help verify your details and grant access to the correct organisation account.
