To download the tender pack for an opportunity, please click “View Details” on the opportunity, then expand the Procurement Details section on the left-hand side, followed by Additional Information. You’ll find all the associated tender documents listed there.
To export a specific supplier's response, please click “View Details” against a supplier's response, then select the Export Response on the left hand side. The supplier's response will then get exported as a .csv file to your system
The system currently allows you to upload one file per question included. However, if you're submitting a consolidated response within one question, please zip the files that you'd like to upload. This would allow for you to upload multiple files in a single attachment.
Cimple uses security encryption to protect procurement documents. For security reasons, document download links expire if the document access page is left open for more than ten minutes.
If you see an XML error on the screen, this usually means the secure download link has expired due to inactivity.
Refreshing the page will regenerate a new secure link and allow the document to download successfully.
If refreshing does not resolve the issue, contact the Cimple support team and include the name of the procurement you were trying to access and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
To update your submission, go to Applied Opportunities from your supplier dashboard. Select View Details next to the relevant opportunity, then choose Edit at the bottom-left of the screen.
You can make changes at any time up until the submission deadline set by the buyer. After the deadline passes, the Edit option will no longer be available.
