All papers must be submitted through the 2021 IEEE CEC online submission system (https://cec2021.mini.pw.edu.pl/), which will be open until 31 January 2021. The paper submission guidelines must be followed. Please, select the option "Diversity in Population-based Metaheuristics" as the "Main research topic" of your paper in the submission form.

All papers will be published as regular papers in the conference proceedings. In order for your papers to be included in the conference program and proceedings, final versions of accepted papers must be submitted, and corresponding registration fees must be paid by 7 April 2021.
